Refund policy
a. Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to exercise your right of withdrawal in accordance with applicable regulations, voiding the contract entered into and returning the received order. The procedure to follow in the event of exercising this right of withdrawal is as follows:
- You have a period of 14 days from the date of receipt of the order to communicate your intention to KIT CAT to exercise this right. You must send an email to info@kitcat.es indicating the reason for withdrawal, the full name under which the order was placed, and the order number.
- Once you notify us of your intention to exercise this right, we will provide you with an address to which you must send the products in question, without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 calendar days from the date you communicate your decision to withdraw.
The products must be returned in their original condition, without signs of undue use, damage, or manipulation, and with all accessories (including hangers), packaging, and original labels. 3. Once we receive the products at our facilities and verify that they are in perfect condition, we will proceed to refund all payments received, including standard delivery costs. If you had selected a different shipping method than the standard one, you will be responsible for paying the price difference. 4. If the products do not arrive in optimal conditions due to actions attributable to the customer, KIT CAT reserves the right not to accept the withdrawal or to refund a reduced amount for the order, considering the depreciation of the product's value. In this regard, illustratively but not limited to, KIT CAT will consider the following circumstances:
- Packaging that does not correspond to the original.
- Noticeable use and/or wear of the product.
- Existence of stains, scratches, damage, or bad odors on the products. The direct return costs of the products will be borne by the customer.
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal The right of withdrawal will not apply in the following cases:
- Customized products.
- Products that may deteriorate or expire quickly.
- Sealed products that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and that have been unsealed after delivery. In the description of each product, detailed information will be provided about whether it is a product excluded from the possibility of withdrawal.
b. Defective Products
If a product purchased through the KIT CAT Platform has manufacturing defects or lacks quality, you have the right to request the return of the product and subsequent refund or replacement of the product. A defective product will be understood as one that does not offer the safety that could legitimately be expected, taking into account all circumstances, especially its presentation, reasonably foreseeable use, and the time it was put into circulation.
The procedure in case of defective products will be as follows:

You must notify the existence of defects in the product by email to info@kitcat.es within 24 hours from the receipt of the order. KIT CAT may contact you to request additional information or evidence clearly demonstrating the existence of the reported defects in the product.

Subsequently, you must send the product in question to the address we indicate, in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation that accompanied the product at the time of delivery.

Once we receive the product, you may choose to receive a refund of the amount paid for the defective product or to have the product replaced with a new one in perfect condition or repaired. KIT CAT reserves the right to opt for the repair or replacement of the defective product, as appropriate and feasible. The choice will depend on the nature of the defect and the availability of similar products. If the repair or replacement of the defective product is not possible, we undertake to make a full refund, including shipping costs associated with the defective product.
In the case of defective products, the direct return costs will be borne by KIT CAT.
c. Warranty
In accordance with applicable regulations, all products in the KIT CAT Platform catalog are covered by a warranty in case the product presents non-conformities. For all products purchased before January 1, 2022, a warranty of two (2) years from the date of delivery is established. For all products purchased after January 1, 2022, a warranty of three (3) years from the date of delivery is established. Products will be considered compliant with the contract if:
- They meet the detailed requirements in the applicable regulations.
- They conform to the description, type of goods, quantity, and quality, and have the functionality and other characteristics established in the contract.
- They are suitable for the specific purposes for which you need them.
- They conform to the seller's description, the qualities presented to the customer, suitability for ordinary uses, and the usual characteristics of similar products.
The warranty will cover the repair of the product or its replacement with a new one, and if neither of these options is possible, a price reduction of the product or the resolution of the contract concluded will be considered. The warranty does not include damage caused by negligence, impacts, improper use or handling, inappropriate voltage, electrical accidents, installation and/or use not in accordance with the instructions for use or not carried out by the authorized technical service when applicable, nor materials or perishable products subject to wear and tear due to normal use or consumables. Likewise, KIT CAT will not be liable for non-compliance known to the customer or that could not have been ignored at the time of entering into the contract.
