Where the lawful basis for processing your personal data is your consent, we remind you that you have the right to withdraw that consent at any time, easily and free of charge, by writing to rgpd@kitcat.es.
With regard to the retention period, as a general rule, when personal data are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected, they will be blocked and made available solely to the competent authorities for the possible determination of legal liabilities arising during their processing, always in accordance with applicable regulations, and may not be used for purposes other than these. Once the corresponding statutory periods have expired in the event of data blocking, your data will be deleted in accordance with applicable regulations and may also, where appropriate, be securely anonymised by KIT CAT (anonymised/non-personal data).

However, as a KIT CAT user, your personal data may be shared with collaborating entities involved in the campaign in which you participate. KIT CAT works with various data processors that process personal data under its control. These trusted providers are granted access to personal data only insofar as strictly necessary to provide the contracted services. Such data processors operate under service agreements containing the terms, conditions and safeguards set out in Article 28 GDPR. KIT CAT carries out the corresponding controls, inspections and audits in this area to verify that such processors strictly comply with the contracts entered into for this purpose and with applicable regulations.

Taking into account the nature, scope, context and stated purposes of the processing, as well as the risks of varying likelihood and severity to your rights and freedoms, KIT CAT applies (and will continue to apply) appropriate technical and organisational measures to ensure the proper security and protection of your personal data, taking into account the principles of privacy by design and by default, as well as applying a concurrent risk-based approach that will be reviewed and updated by KIT CAT whenever necessary. The use of the Hypertext Transfer Protocol Secure (HTTPS) on our Platform provides an enhanced safeguard for the security of your personal data.
