How will my order be prepared and delivered? ๐Ÿ“ฆ๐Ÿšš

Orders are processed Monday through Friday mornings. If you place your order in the morning on a weekday, we'll do our best to have it ready at that time. If you place your order in the afternoon, your package will be prepared the following morning.

Once your package is ready, you'll receive an email with a tracking number so you can see the real-time status of your order. ๐Ÿ“ง๐Ÿ” Currently, delivery is typically made within 24 hours (although in some cases, it could take up to 48 hours ). โณ

When you place your order, you can choose between three shipping companies . Depending on your preferences, you can select the one that best suits you. ๐Ÿš›๐Ÿ’จ

Carriers usually contact you to coordinate delivery. If they don't reach you on the first attempt, don't worry! They'll come back to try again. ๐Ÿ“ž๐Ÿ”„

If the carrier doesn't find you after two attempts, your package will be delivered to a nearby pickup point, where you can pick it up at your convenience. In this case, you'll have 7 days to collect the package, and the corresponding shipping agency will send you the pickup point address, as well as the time and date you can pick it up before it's returned to our warehouse. ๐Ÿช๐Ÿ“

If you prefer to have your package delivered directly to a pickup point, you can easily manage this through the tracking number link with your chosen shipping agency. ๐Ÿ“ฒ

If your order consists of two packages and you only received one, don't worry! The carrier will return to deliver the second package. This is rare, and packages generally arrive within 24 to 48 hours of each other. ๐Ÿ“ฆ๐Ÿ“ฆ
